30-day return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are dietary supplements, returned items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging — this is a safety requirement we can't make exceptions to.

How to start a return

Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. No return needed in most cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not eligible for refund.
