Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the United States. Orders under $60 ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Address issues and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect packages once shipped. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll replace it or refund you.
