All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at healthmakerus@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will send a replacement at no charge.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

Email healthmakerus@gmail.com with subject line RETURN REQUEST and your order number. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Bundles

Bundle products follow the same policy. All items must be unopened for return eligibility.
